Return Policy

We can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from under the conditions specified in this Return Policy.  As part of our verification we require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to accompany each return.  No items can be returned without prior issuance of RMA.  Please file for RMA using the "Return Instructions" below.  Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 


When filling out the RMA form, please specify :

Shipping Error-  If we ship you the wrong item (different from what you ordered) we will replace it immediately.  The RMA will specify that you return the incorrect item.  Once we receive them we will credit you for the return plus your shipping charges incurred to ship them back.  Again, you must fill out a RMA within 10 days of the date of puchase. 


Defective Merchandise-  Defective Laser Toner Cartridges will be accepted for return within 1 year from the original date of purchase.  Defective Ink cartridges can be returned for up to 3 months from date of original purchase.  All other defective items must be returned within 6 months from the original date of purchase. 


Shipping Damage-  We will replace these items immediately, however you must notify us within 10 days of receiving the damaged products.  In most cases the RMA will instruct you to please not ship the item back to us, as damage claims with the shipper may require them to inspect the package and the damaged goods.  Please contact us and the shipper.


Other Returns-  We will accept unused and resaleable items for return for up to 30 days from the date of original purchase.  Again, these products are subject to a restocking fee of 20% and must be in the original unopened packaging.  A cartridge which is damaged or with a broken or missing security seal is out of warranty.


Specialty Toners and reserves the right to refund or replace an item according to circumstances after varification of defect.  No return or refund will be given on a product that is more than 25% used, nor will we accept for return items not purchased from us.  We reserve the right to inspect and to test any returned product before refunding or substituting.  Defective items are accepted for return only if there are no traces of damage due to tampering with or misuse of product.  All claims must be made by way of RMA- no other damage claim is valid.

Click the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Fill out and submit the form.  We will respond within 4 business days.
